Seriously, who ISN'T Dennis Rodman friends with??

Kendall and Kylie Jenner were at the Brea Mall to debut their new PacSun clothing line and sign some autographs when they got a surprise visit from the former wedding dress-wearing NBA superstar!

Dennis has been busy playing a foreign diplomat and making nice with his good pal Kim Jong Un, but it looks like he decided to take some time away from his new BFF and do a little shopping!

We're not quite sure what urged him to pay a visit the model sisters, but we're guessing there may have been a little confusion when he heard Kim's younger sisters would be at the mall! LOLz!

Cut it out, Dennis Rodman!

How many times do we have to say this? He has NO BUSINESS in foreign affairs, especially with one of the most volatile nations on the planet!

We already told you guys that Dennis plans on going back to North Korea on August 1 to reopen the political dialogue with Kim Jong-Un. Why? Because he feels like the President of the United States "can't do sh*t" when it comes to finding peace with North Korea.

Now we'll REALLY see the power Dennis Rodman has over North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un!!

We're going to go ahead and guess "none, really" as the official answer. Mainly because he's just a FORMER BASKETBALL PLAYER and not a real diplomat or ambassador!

That's not stopping Dennis, however, from attempting to get North Korea to release a jailed U.S. citizen.

Dennis Rodman is never gonna learn!

The basketball legend has been trying to make peace between North Korea's supreme leader Kim Jong-Un and Barack Obama for some time now, and even though NK had plans to launch a pre-emptive nuke strike on the U.S., Rodman just announced that he's going back to the country.

Here's some advice if you're a retired whatever and nobody is really paying attention to you anymore (bonus if you're not good at the whole father thing): hop on a plane, go to one of the most awful humanitarian areas in the world, pretend everything is great and then just go to town politically like you know what you're doing!

Then, you'll get countless interviews and articles, where you can talk about how much good you did (even though the country threatens your country with nuclear annihilation like a day after you get back), and you'll eventually get on the cover of Newsweek… just like Dennis Rodman!

It sounds like Dennis is closer with Kim Jong Un that with his own kids!

The divorce he just went through with his ex Michelle has just been finalized, and we can all see the court documents now that paint a very different picture than the world hero he's foolishly trying to be.
