A father-of-two was shot to death in his car while driving to visit his wife and their newborn son in the hospital.
On Monday, Dennis Sloboda was traveling to the Washington hospital around 9 p.m. when he accidentally cut someone off.
According to his brother Anton, Dennis feared for his safety when the cars came to a stop sign or light, and "the other guy pulled out a gun."
Dennis reportedly fled the scene but was followed to his brother's apartment. After the 33-year-old looked out the window and saw the gunman outside, he asked Anton if he had a gun.
