Florida teacher Dennis Turner was charged Tuesday with felony sexual battery based on an alleged affair with a 15-year-old-student.

Turner had previously resigned his position as drama teacher at Brevard County's Edgewood Junior/Senior High School after making parents uncomfortable with his familiarity with students.
