THEN, sources close to Chris' girlfriend Karrueche Tran came forward and said that she's "fully aware" of his cheating…but won't break up with him because of it!

Now, Chris' rep Jeff Raymond has spoken up about the Breezy/RiRi romance claims…and he's saying

The sensational Charlie Sheen is sticking to his guns catch phrases and ignoring what everyone else, including certified addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky, can plainly see.

During his hour-long internet hit miss called Sheen's Korner, Charlie addressed the state of his mental health and those, like Dr. Drew, who say the actor may be 'manic' and 'bi-polar'.

In a section of the UStream broadcast called "wish they were me forever", Charlie once again said:

"I'm not bi-polar, I'm bi-winning."

In response to both the addiction specialist and television host Nancy Grace, who has said it is "a legal and criminal justice mystery" why Charlie isn't in jail, he said:

"You wish you guys were winning but you're not. What's the opposite of winning? Losing.

Well, they both still have their television shows, so they can't be losing too badly, can they?

We hate to break it to you, Charlie, but life isn't ALL about winning and losing. Right now, it looks like you're just DENYING.

Instead of talking to your fans, maybe consider talking to a psychologist.

We really do want to see you "win", but not like this.
