So much for all those brownie points he scored with us for defending Ellen!

Listening to this man try to justify his blatant disregard for equal rights and disgusting bigotry is truly nauseating.

After the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issued its ruling yesterday that the 2008 ban on gay marriage in California "serves no purpose, and has no effect, other than to lessen the status and human dignity of gays and lesbians in California," and was therefore unconstitutional, Bill O'Reilly essentially took to his show last night to cry, stomp his feet and call the ruling "judicial activism!"

Oh that's right! Because it's justice until the court system rules something with which you disagree - then it's just activism!

Frankly, his behavior is, if nothing else, just completely embarrassing, and if he thinks anyone with a brain in their heads is fooled into the thinking that the nonsense he's spewing is an actual, educated argument and not hiding his obvious hatred for the LGBT community, then he's dumber than we thought he was - which is truly a feat in itself!

Maybe you should spend less time worrying about the state of marriage in America today and more on why your own failed!

It's a sad sad world out there when men this ignorant and hateful are in positions where they are given a platform to continue spewing this kind of nonsense.

Check out this recent interview with Republican candidate for the Presidential nomination Rick Santorum once again asserts that not only should gay people not be allowed in the military, but they should also just stop being gay altogether (above)!

Oh! It's that simple, isn't it?

How foolish of us to not think of this earlier! We were under the impression that EVERYONE deserved the same kind of equal treatment and ability to live their lives freely and happily!

Just despicable, awful, and deeply, deeply shameful.

Ugh! This is terrible and disturbing on so many levels!

A pregnant Tori Spelling was in a terrible accident on Monday morning after she was chased by the paparazzi while TAKING HER KIDS TO SCHOOL!

She apparently crashed into the wall of her children's school in her efforts to escape the crazed photographer. THEN to make matters worse, instead of running to help her like a RESPECTABLE HUMAN BEING, the photographer ran up to the crash and started taking pictures!

DISGUSTING!

Not only did this person CAUSE the accident, but to top it off, did nothing to help poor Tori and her children out!

She took to twitter to share her outrage, tweeting:

"Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school. I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school. He thn STILL got out to try to get pics. 10 school moms chased him away. Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock."

OMG! We sincerely hope her unborn baby is okay and some legal action is taken against this member of the paparazzi!

This is absolutely horrifying that a person would go to such despicable lengths to put people in danger for a lousy picture!

We hope all of the Spellings involved in the accident are okay and this incident raises awareness about the danger the paparazzi pose to the celebrities they are STALKING!

Natalee Holloway's disappearance was tragic, there is no arguing that.

Two men implicated in the Holloway case on Dr. Phil's show are now locked in a legal battle with CBS and Dr. Phil for defamation.

Dr. Phil's team has tried to block the two men, brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, from getting Natalee Holloway's mom to testify about what she knows about the motives and the goings on behind the scenes of that particular show's production.

The brothers claim:

[…] the show "was deceptively clothed as an investigative piece looking into the disappearance of [Natalee]" but was "in reality an abhorrent example of manufactured media sensationalism at its worst."

Well, it seems to have worked out in the favor for the brothers so far, as a judge has just allowed the deposition of Natalee's mom.

We're torn on this, because if Dr. Phil's show did in fact have implicative motives towards innocent men, then that's just not awesome at all and their lives really could have suffered because of it.

But if these men are truly guilty even though there isn't enough evidence to charge them (they were two of three people last seen with Natalee), then they're using an innocent girl's life that they took as a way to make money, right in front of everyone, and that is truly despicable in so many ways.

Our thoughts still go out to Natalee's family for their loss.

Wow. Just…wow.

The nasty custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry reached a new level of ugly today, as new reports are claiming that the actress' baby daddy routinely called her the 'n' word, as well as a 'fucking bitch' and various other expletives - via text message, as well as face-to-face!

A source reveals:

"He constantly demeaned her. It was awful."

Unbelievable!

If this is true, then it's absolutely DESPICABLE, as that word has no business EVER being used…

HOWEVER, seeing how this battle has played out in the press, a part of us thinks that this is clearly a smear campaign against Aubry - which we think is even MORE despicable! What a HORRIBLE thing to suggest about a person!

So awful, and so unfair to put a child in the middle of this.

Despicable.

Jared Lee Loughner, the man accused of shooting 19 innocent people, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, earlier this month in Arizona has pled not guilty to charges of attempted murder on Giffords and her two aids. These federal assassination charges are being kept separate from the state charges he faces for the shooting of the other victims. He will enter a plea for those crimes at a later date.

This guy deserves everything he has coming to him. No way a jury is going to let this guy walk. He's going to pay for the pain he has caused.

Well, we can't say we're surprised at how STOOPID and vile she is, but it doesn't make it any less offensive and despicable.

Ann Coulter was recently invited to speak about various foreign policy issues at Homocon, a summit held by the gay conservative group GOProud, over the weekend, and of course, she took the opportunity to aggressively and ignorantly slam gay marriage!

According to her speech, marriage "is not a civil right — you're not black," and the conservative gay rights movement should align with the anti-abortion movement, because "as soon as they find the gay gene, you know who's getting aborted."

According to Talking Points Memo's Megan Carpentier:

In fact, despite opening her speech with a joke about the difficulty of "coming out" as a fiscal conservative to one's parents — something she congratulated the attendees on — Coulter's speech to GOProud mystifyingly focused on social issues and not the fiscal and foreign policy issues that brought most of the attendees there. For instance, she told GOProud that the conservative gay rights movement ought to make common cause with the anti-abortion movement because, she said, "as soon as they find the gay gene, you know who's getting aborted." Coulter also made a forceful case against sex education in schools, accusing liberals of attempting to teach kindergartners about "fisting" (which garnered her a heckler, who shouted out "What's wrong with fisting?") and told the crowd that most parents didn't want their children learning about the "homosexual lifestyle" instead of reading and writing.

We really don't even want to address any of the bullshit this disgusting excuse for a human spouts out, because it doesn't deserve to be treated as anything but nonsense and trash - just like her.

Well, how comforting!

Instead of getting incoherently drunk, he probably just had lots of nasty sex with anonymous women! Because he doesn't have a problem with excess or anything, right?

This past week, Charlie Sheen somehow escaped jail and significant rehab time and made his way to the Playboy mansion to celebrate, but don't worry, folks, because according to pornstar Ron Jeremy, the scumbag stayed completely sober!

How nice! What an effort that must have been!

BARF.

Oh well, we'll sure it will only be a matter of time before he falls off the wagon or pulls some other despicable shiz that will land him back in court!
