The 2010 Sexiest Man Alive has got some important advice for guys, so listen up!

For those of you who like to get your Jersey Shore on and wax or pluck your brows, be careful! Ryan Reynolds has some tips:

"Don’t over-pluck your eyebrows I see guys with, like, eyebrow art. I wanna tell them, 'You don’t have to go too crazy on your brows. Take it easy, man!'"

If you have serious grooming issues, don’t worry! Reynolds wasn’t born an Addonis. He says,

"I recently saw a picture from when I was just a pup — maybe 20 or 21 years old, and I look pretty bad. I've got some weird facial hair, and my hair is glopped with about six pounds of gel."

So, tone down the gel, give the tweezers a rest, grab an electric razor and you’ll be dating Blake Lively’s doppelganger in no time! Right? That’s reasonable to believe!

Well hello there!!

Safe star Jason Statham is looking hawt in Dior Homme on the April cover of DETAILS magazine shot by Norman Jean Roy.

Judging by his sartorial perfection, the actor must have taken a few styling tips from his beautiful girlfriend, Victoria's Secret Angel and Transformers: Dark of the Moon's Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Aside from looking amazing, Jason had a lot to say!!

Here are some of the HIGHlights:

On commanding 30 Million per film and asked if he sees himself as a brand:

"Fahk no. Why should I? Kim Kardashian's a brand."

On being an action star and approaching middle age:

"Fahk that. I'm two, three duds from being back on the street. Of course I'm looking for the perfect vehicle, a more intellectual action film, perhaps. [Like surfer's in Malibu], they're all waiting for that wave, but it may never come, so they take what's offered, paddle back out."

Middle aged or not, we can guarantee this bad boy is here to stay!!

And it hurt!

In the new issue of Details a newly single Marc Jacobs told the mag about the excruciatingly painful hair transplant he got back in May.

Marc reveals "I couldn't sleep on my side, and I couldn't put my head back." He even says it hurt worse than getting a tattoo, adding "I didn't cry over those".

Poor 'bb.

No one said looking hot at 47 was going to be easy!
