Ugh! Just hearing this sends shivers down our spine!
After Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man who had been stalking Mila Kunis, violated his restraining order and still continued following the actress, he was charged with two counts of felony stalking. During his preliminary hearing yesterday, it became all the more clear how dangerous this man truly is, and why he deserves to stand trial for it!
According to LAPD Detective John Gregozek's testimony, he interviewed the actress twice regarding the incidents, and claims she told him that she was both "scared of Mr. Dunn" and "in fear for her safety," as he had "crazy eyes" and looked like he "could eat" her!

Sounds like the Royal Family might wanna find another holiday spot while this all gets sorted out!
Yesterday, Norfolk police announced that human remains were discovered on Sandringham estate, which is the Royal Family's holiday home.
According to a statement posted on the Norfolk Constabulary's site, a "member of the public found the remains on New Year's Day."
Now, we've learned that the remains belong to a woman, and while there is no concrete information yet on when/how she died, a murder investigation is under way.
Here's what Detective Chief Inspector Jes Fry had to say about it:

Waaaaay back in November 09, we learned that Hollywood legend Warren Beatty was suing Tribune Co. over Dick Tracy, because they were claiming that Beatty's "hold on the detective" had lapsed, after he had bought the rights to the franchise back in the eighties.
Now, U.S. District Judge Dean Pregerson has FINALLY reached a decision in the case in favor of Beatty!
Tribune Co. has been "stopped from reclaiming the television and movie rights to comic-strip detective Dick Tracy from Warren Beatty."
The rights are now completely Warren's, and he can do with them what he will.
Congratulations, Warren! Tread wisely as you choose what to do next with the franchise.
…And make sure Madonna is involved again if you move forward with another Dick Tracy movie. Thanks!
What do U think Warren Beatty should do with Dick Tracy? Movie? TV Show? Nothing at all?

Evangeline Lilly again! JK!
While we all miss Lost's Kate Austen terribly, she will NOT be starring in J.J. Abrams' new CBS pilot Person of Interest.
Abrams has cast The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson as Carter, a female detective.
The show is about "an ex-CIA agent who is recruited by a crazy billionaire to help fight crime in New York City."
And for those of you who are mad about the false Lost-related announcement, don't worry! Michael "Ben" Emerson is confirmed for the show as well.
Are U intrigued by J.J. Abrams' new CBS pilot?

You had us at Inception.
Things may not have worked out for the epic bomb Lone Star back in September, but the show's creator Kyle Killen has been given another chance with his "Inception-style" show REM.
The show, which has been picked up by NBC, is a "procedural hybrid which follows the simultaneous and parallel lives of a detective who can not let go of any aspect of his fractured family after a horrible car accident."
Guess we'll see HOW MUCH the show really is like Inception.
We'll be expecting plenty of "OMG" moments, and we'll also be requiring a Tom Hardy-like hottie, or Tom Hardy himself, to be eye candy for us…and to occasionally say "darling."
