Sources are saying execs over at The Voice don't believe in Jermaine Paul because of the "similarities" he shares with last year's winner - Javier Colon.
Since Javi didn't experience wide-spread success like contestant Dia Frampton did, the execs were disappointed. And since the sources says the J & J "have a lot in common," execs fear another let down:
We've just learned that while Sprint will be returning as an official sponsor for The Voice during season two, the show has also landed the following new sponsors: Kia Motors AND Starbucks Coffee!!!!!!
Aside from giving the show lots of $$$, we're hearing that the contestants, mentors, and coaches will all be given mobile phones and tablets from Sprint! The company will also sponsor The Voice's presence on NBC.com, Facebook, and mobile platforms.
Such talented individuals! They should be very proud of even making it this far!
Last night, on The Voice, the final four contestants not only got to perform with their respective coaches, but they each performed an original song that we think really showed off all of their specific strengths to a T!
Check out Javier Colon's original, Stitch By Stitch; Afraid to Sleep by Vicci Martinez; Dia Frampton's performance of Inventing Shadows; and Beverly McClellan doing Love Sick (above)!
As sad as we were to see Frenchie go, we have to give credit where credit is due, and all of these contestants did an AMAZING job!
But who has what it takes to win?! We can't figure it out!
What do U think?? Who should be The Voice?
Check out the other final performances… after the jump.
Contrary to false reports that Taylor Swifthad a "heads up" onKanye West's sexist and offensive lyric about her in his new song, the singer's publicist tells us that is not true.
Swift's rep, Tree Paine, tells PerezHilton.com:
"Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single Famous on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, 'I made that bitch famous.'"
