Friday afternoon the 18-year-old pop sensation was awarded with the distinct honor of a Diamond Jubilee medal by Stephen Harper, the Prime Minister of Canada, which was created in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II's 60th anniversary on the British throne and is given for "significant contributions and achievements by Canadians!"

However, the Biebs clearly didn't take the honor seriously enough to even bother
