Phew!! The madness has FINALLY come to an end!

Custody of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson will now be jointly shared by their grandmother Katherine and their adult cousin TJ Jackson.

The joint-guardians came to terms earlier in the week on an arrangement earlier this week butit took until today for the court to give their consent.

The custody plan is considered mutually beneficial because it allows for TJ to handle the energy dependant day-to-day concerns of child raising while allowing their 82 year old grandmother Katherine to remain on as a familiar loving face and a stabilizing force.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff made the ruling after an intense investigation which included interviewing the children to gain their oft-overlooked perspective.

His Honor concluded:

Everyone else has an opinion on the Jackson family drama, why not the gloriously magnificent original diva herself, Diana Ross?

In Michael Jackson's will, the King of Pop stipulates Mizz Ross should be next in line to raise Prince, Paris, and Blanket should his mother Katherine ever become unfit for those duties.

Well the courts ruled that she was unfit, at least for the moment, when they appointed TJ Jackson the kids' temporary guardian.

TJ went to court on Wednesday asking the judge for temporary guardianship over the kids Michael Jackson left behind.

MJ's nephew would not be denied!

Katherine Jackson was previously responsible for Prince, Paris, and Blanket's but her recent trip to Arizona — she's rumored to be returning Wednesday — calls her parenting skills into question.

It's still unclear why she left town under supposed doctor's orders without telling any of MJ's kids, but TJ told the courts he knew something was amiss the last time they spoke.

Lionel Richie re-recorded his 1981 legend-ary Endless Love duet with Diana Ross by inviting the country star to sing him with in a new updated version of the song.

Shania needed a little convincing though…

She hadn't released any new music in five years and was suffering from a vocal condition called dysophonia.

Finally, she came around, thanks to a little coaxing from the master that is Mr. Richie.

And what came out of this magical collaboration is this music video (above). It's pretty much everything we've always wanted in a romantic duet: A serene beach, a white baby grand, and of course, a horse.

Tyler Perry wants to work with Diana Ross so bad he's written a movie for her!

Diana Ross hasn't acted since 1999 but the Madea mogul wants to change that. Diana received Oscar praise for her work in Lady Sings the Blues so that will be a tall order!
