ABC was #1 in the ratings Monday night!

Sure, Dancing With the Stars was a strong supporter, but we're gonna go ahead and say a lot of it is thanks to 20/20 with Diane Sawyer and that epic Gabrielle Gifford interview!

Back in September, we learned that Diane Sawyer had landed the first interview with Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was tragically shot in the head and has been making an amazing recovery!

Now, the first promo for the special has been released (above), and we're so glad to see that Gabby is looking great!

The ABC interview airs on Monday, Nov 14 at 10 p.m.

It is sure to be a powerful one.

Looks like LOTS of people tuned in to hear from Jaycee!

To recap: last month, we learned that Jaycee Dugard, the brave young woman who was kidnapped at age 11 and held against her will for 18 years, had finally agreed to sit down for her first televised interview since she escaped her captors.

We heard that Diane Sawyer would conduct the interview with her on ABC, and then last week we got some details on the show, which aired last night.

The interview brought in a 3.7 rating in the 18-49 ages demo, as well as 14.8 million viewers! It became "TV's most-watched summer newsmagazine telecast in seven years!"

And of course, thanks to the Jaycee/Diane interview, ABC won the night overall.
