He must be getting desperate!
Dianne Passage, the pole dancing wife of alleged Ponzi schemer Ken Starr, claims that private investigators employed by Wesley Snipes have been following her to gather evidence that clears the actor of tax charges.
"I was leaving, and I noticed two men trailing behind me. They stood out because they were wearing dark suits on a 90-degree day. They followed me for a block and a half, then I lost them because they were sweating so much.
They contacted my doorman and my attorney, and said they wanted information that might help Snipes. He was a client [of Starr] in 2000 but before I met my husband. I have nothing to do with his taxes."
Starr testified against the actor even though Starr was busted for running a $60 million Ponzi scheme.
And while Snipes is appealing his 2008 conviction for failing to pay $12 million in taxes, he wants a retrial on the grounds that the jury didn't know Starr was being investigated for the Ponzi scheme.
