Fergie has been looking preggers since September, and while the speculations keep flying around the Twitterverse, she kind of does look PREGNANT.
The Black Eyed Peas singer hosted Dick Clark's Rockin' New Years Eve '13 show on Monday, and even though she didn't look like she was with child in the yellow dress she wore… she did seem to have a bump once she changed into her bronze metallic frock!
Hmmm. We're thinking she's holding out on the HUGE news, but until she reveals that her little tummy is a BABY, then we're just gonna have to keep on
stalking checking her out!! LOLz
Take a look-see at the video (above)! Do U think she's preggers?!?

To say New Year's Eve was rocking with stars is an understatement to say the least!
That's why it's called New Year's Rockin Eve, silly! LOLz!
In the first celebration without the beloved Dick Clark, Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy hosted the annual event in Times Square.
And the list of performers was PHENOMENAL!!!!
Led by Taylor Swift (when she wasn't kissing Harry Styles!), PSY (with new bestie MC Hammer), and Carly Rae Jepsen, stars came out from all over to help celebrate the new year as well pay tribute to the late Clark.
Even Mayor Bloomberg got into the action with Rockettes!!!!!!!
Check out the AHMAZING pics from last night's celebration and Happy New Year, everyone!

10, 9, 8, 7…. Aww, New Year's Eve just isn't the same without him!
Only hours away from ushering in 2013 without Dick Clark as his wingman, Ryan Seacrest doesn't know precisely how to feel.
Speaking candidly with Good Morning America, Ryan explored his thoughts on tackling the Times Square ball drop all by his lonesome!

Death is a sad fact of life.
We've written about A LOT of famous faces that passed away over the last year and we weren't too happy about it, but we are happy to see them being remembered at the Emmys (above).
Andy Griffith, Michael Clarke Duncan, Phyllis Diller, Heavy-D, Andy Rooney, Steve Jobs, Patrice O'Neal, Whitney Houston, Donna Summer, Tony Scott, Mike Wallace, Ernest Borgnine, Dick Clark, and SO MANY more wil be dearly missed.
Rest in peace and THANK YOU ALL for the countless hours of entertainment you've provided for us over the years!

There are very few people in the industry that didn't feel the loss of Dick Clark last week. However, those who knew him best were hit that much harder, and Dolly Parton is one of the celebs to really feel his passing.
Upon hearing of his death, Dolly release a poignant statement about the icon. She not only reflected on the impact Dick had on the world, but also the influence he had on her life — and her heart!
Dolly reminisces about Dick, saying
No one could have been nicer, classier nor better looking than Dick Clark. I've had a crush on him since I was a teenager. But much more than that, who in this world has done more for the music industry? He will always stay young and special in the minds of all of us. May you rest in peace.
Aww! That's touching!
We bet he was sweet on you too, Dolly. Who wouldn't be, really!

The television legend who passed away Wednesday will not be having a funeral, and will not be buried.
Instead, Dick Clark opted to be cremated, which allows one’s ‘essence’ to be scattered ANYWHERE… even outer space!
We wonder where Dick requested his remains to be shed? And will there at least be a memorial for the icon who touched so many people's lives? We hope so.
We miss and mourn you, Dick. Your legacy lives on!

Just as Ryan Seacrest mourns Dick Clark's death, Johnny Depp is remembering a man who greatly influenced his life.
It was such a shame when we had to tell you Jonathan Frid died yesterday. The original Dark Shadows' Barnabas Collins passed away peacefully last Friday the 13th (though the news just hit Wednesday).
Upon news of the death, Johnny went to scribe a beautiful statement on the actor's passing.
Ever so eloquently, he says:
