Diem Brown has been going through a second cancer diagnosis, having beat her first a few years ago. Things the second time around can be tough — even tougher than the first. It become trickier, and there aren't a lot of sure fire ways for you to be positive you've beaten it again.

We've been following Diem's courageous progress for a while now, and we are relieved and ecstatic to hear that a new liver scan has given her some of the best news it can: she is now cancer free!

In her latest entry, we find that she has done a bald photoshoot — and it's just as inspirational and empowering as you think.

When it comes to cancer treatment and hair loss, there really isn't much information on the process available to those going through such a horrible situation. How fast does it happen? What does it feel like?

These are the questions that Diem Brown, a Real World/Road Rules Challenge contestant, wanted to answer for those seeking that info — so she is documenting her hair loss during her second bout with ovarian cancer.

What happens is truly raw.

Diem is an inspiration, and an amazing example of strength. Right after the 2:25 min mark something happens that she isn't ready for, but her courage and will handle it flawlessly.
