This is so sad.

On New Year's Day, a man named Charles Quaid, his wife and doggie went for a stroll on San Francisco's Point Reyes Beach… but unfortunately, once the harsh waves that were reported to have reached 10 to 12 feet surfaced the shore, he was swept away along with his wife and pooch.

This is just all around horrible!! We're still heated up about it!

As we've previously discussed… during a heated altercation between two men near a NYC subway track, one of the men was PUSHED over the rails and killed by the oncoming train.

New York Post photographer R. Umar Abbasi was nearby when he heard commotion and began snapping photos of the horrifying ordeal.

Tragically, the victim died and the photo that was taken seconds before his death was published on the front page of the newspaper.

Now the photographer and the New York Post are in hot water. Many argue why couldn't the photographer taken action to save the man if he had enough time to capture the image.

But Abbasi claims the man was doomed and there was simply nothing he could do other than his job with the timing of the incident.

Blaque singer and Bring It On actress Natina Reed was tragically struck by a car outside Atlanta Friday night and died.

Authorities reveal she was in the road when a driver hit her. The driver immediately called 911 after, but she was pronounced dead at 10:59pm EST

According to the cops, the driver doesn't believe they were at fault.
