Not very nice, Paris!

We thought you two had put that silliness behind you!

In a recent promo for the socialite's new series, The World According to Paris, she is mistaken for none other than Lindsay Lohan when giving a homeless woman a pair of her earrings, so she responds by saying:

"If I were Lindsay, I would be stealing earrings … not giving them away."

Well, apparently, the former hard-pAArtying actress caught wind of this, and is NONE too pleased!

Sources close to her claim that she said:

"[Paris] is mean. You don’t have to make fun of serious matters in people's lives to be funny."

To be fair, we think that Lindsay's put herself in pretty "serious matters" on a regular basis throughout the past few years, so she can't really get too upset without putting a little of the blame on herself!

But still, that's a pretty low blow, Paris!

C'mon, you two! You're both trying to move forward and grow from your mistakes - let's put the jabs behind us and try and be civil!

Uh-oh! Shiz's getting real!

Elton John is no stranger to speaking his mind, and has repeatedly sounded off about his distaste for reality shows like The X Factor and its creator, Simon Cowell, but now, it looks as though the icon is getting a taste of his own medicine!

Cowell has responded to his criticism, and it ain't pretty! He says:

"Well, look. This is somebody who charges what — a million dollars a private gig? Two million dollars, you know? I don't know whether he's concerned about himself…but…they always bleat on that we're not giving other people a chance. And I always want to say to them, 'I tell you what, you just made a million dollars off — off your last private gig. Go and give it to a bunch of young musicians you care about, put them in the studio. Go and nurture them. Go and spend some time looking after them.' Then I'll buy your argument. They — they're only worried about themselves."

Damn! We hate to admit it, but…touché!

Let's hope that this doesn't cause another retaliation for Elton! This disagreement doesn't need to get any uglier!

We know she's trying to be funny, but STILL!

Madonna's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, recently took a tiny jab at Lady GaGa in Entertainment Weekly when she she said:

"Of course, the natural instinct is to wonder: Where does she take it from here? She's taken it pretty far on the fashion front and seems to be having fun with it. The next step might be a nice pastel sweater set with pearls and sensible shoes. That would be REALLY shocking."

Sometimes, saying nothing is the best route!

We THOUGHT that something like this would be the real explanation!

Lindsay Lohan was reported to be furious about the recent episode of Glee that featured Gwyneth Paltrow making some pretty HIGHlarious jokes at the expense of the hard pAAArtying starlet, but new sources have come forward to clarify that she couldn't give a shiz, and that it was actually mother Dina who made the stink!

The insider explains:

"Lindsay had no idea what Gwyneth Paltrow said on Glee. It was actually Dina Lohan who saw it and SHE brought it to Lindsay's attention. Lindsay couldn't care less. She is a professional and realizes that it is part of the job. Lindsay was out of the house when the episode aired. By Dina doing this, she will only hurt Lindsay and her relationship with other people in the industry. You might recall that when the episode aired, Dina even threatened to sue the network. Why doesn't she leave Lindsay alone? She is going to take her down before she even gets out of rehab."

We couldn't have said it better ourselves!

It seems like that despite the best efforts of both of her parents, Lindsay is really making a positive change for herself and focusing on getting healthy - without letting harmless jokes hinder her progress!

Now, if only her folks would keep their traps shut!

Yeesh! You'd think by NOW they would realize what a detriment they are to her career!
