This is a bummer! We loved Dippin' Dots!

Unfortunately, though, the ice cream maker has filed for bankruptcy! It has a staggering $11 million in loans — so it's no wonder why they're going under.

The company claims, however, that this is not the end of them:

"We are hopeful and believe we will be successful. There is no thought, intent … that our operations will be significantly different than they are today. The dot, it's going to be there. There's no doubt about it."

We hope so!

Though… we can't remember the last time we had them! We'll have to remedy that soon!
