New Kate Bush! Music Video For Deeper Understanding In Full HERE!

It still absolutely amazes us that she wrote this song back in the '80s, and it's managed to become so much MORE relevant now!

Check out the just-released music video for Kate Bush's eerily prophetic track, Deeper Understanding, from her upcoming album of re-worked and re-recorded music, Director's Cut (above), and starring Hagrid Robbie Coltrane!

We know that the severity of the autotune might not be everyone's cup of tea, but let's be real - what's so great about her is that she's always expanding her sound and playing with convention! Not to mention that we think it adds perfectly to the message of the song!

Such a fascinating video, too! Strangely powerful, no?

What do U think?? Are U excited for the return of Kate Bush??

Yes, Please! Kate Bush Reveals She's Considering Going On Tour!

kate-bush-might-go-back-on-tour

Holy shiz holy shiz holy shiz! This NEEDS to happen!

As most know, the legendary Kate Bush hasn't done a live tour since a six-week run of concerts in 1979 - which many attribute to the death of lighting director Bill Duffield during one of her shows - but with the release of her new album, Director's Cut next month, the singer revealed that she's considering going on tour again!

She explains:

"It was enormously enjoyable. But physically it was absolutely exhausting. I still don't give up hope completely that I'll be able to do some live work, but it's certainly not in the picture at the moment. Maybe I will do some shows some day. I'd like to think so, before I get too ancient - turn up with my Zimmer frame. I enjoy singing, but with the albums it's the whole process I find so interesting. If I was going to do some shows it would be the same thing."

YES PLEASE!

We can't even begin to imagine how AMAZING she must be live!

Here's hoping that whatever issues that are keeping her off the stage can be overcome, and that her dedicated fans can have the opportunity to see her KILL IT in concert!

Fingers crossed!

Kate Bush Announces New Album! Director's Cut Coming In May!

This is going to be FASCINATING!

We're so excited to hear it!

Despite rarely releasing any new music since 1993 - other than her 2005 double album Aerial - iconic singer Kate Bush announced earlier in the year that she'd be releasing a brand new album, and now we know for what exactly we're in store!

Called Director's Cut, the new album will revisit classic Bush tracks from the albums The Sensual World and The Red Shoes, featuring new vocals but retaining the "best musical performances" from the original versions!

The first single, a re-visioned version of Deeper Understanding, will be released in April, with the full album dropping on May 16th!

Sounds a lot like what Tori Amos did with her compilation Tales From A Librarian! And we all know how AWESOME that was!

We cannot wait for this! We have a feeling that it's truly going to be something special!

What do U think?? Are U excited for new Kate Bush??

Bieber's Never Say Never: The R-Rated Director's Cut Coming Soon To Theaters???

never say never may get re released as a directors cut

If you're like Johnny Depp and still have a case of Bieber Fever, you may be pleased to hear that Justin Bieber's 3D film MAY get re-released as a director's cut…even though it's STILL in theaters!

Word is that Paramount is considering the idea, but they also might save the director's cut for Internet/DVD/Blu-Ray.

If they DO re-release the film, it looks like they'd aim to get the new version out to theaters during Never Say Never's third weekend, but apparently director Jon M. Chu isn't even done with the director's cut yet AND the film would have to be re-submitted to the ratings board.

This would be one hell of a quick turnaround! Guess we'll see if Paramount actually decides to pursue this.

Would U return to theaters for a director's cut of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never?

Lots More Expendables On The Way!

expendablese.jpg

Why do we feel like we’re still going to be writing about The Expendables five years from now?

We probably feel that way because it’s clear that Sylvester Stallone is going to get every ounce of mileage out of this project as possible. Now that it is officially evolving from a movie to a franchise, he’s got all types of plans.

First on the schedule is a director’s cut of Expendables, which will be released on DVD and Blu-ray in about six months. Along with the director’s cut, Stallone has reported that he’s recently finished an audio commentary, as well as a documentary companion piece entitled Inferno: The Making of The Expendables.

He’s teased us about the documentary by referencing a story about a stunt gone awry, where Sly was brought to a hospital in Brazil, where they told him surgery would be required for a spinal cord injury to his neck. Damn, Sly…why do we suddenly see flashes of Mickey Rourke’s character in The Wrestler?

Stallone is also pumped to get going on The Expendables II. Here’s what he’s saying about the project:

"I am thinking what would be the most dangerous places in the world to set the sequel?… Had dinner with Bruce Willis… I want him in Expendables II as a super villain. What do you think?"

We’ll give it some thought, and get back to you, Sly. In the meanwhile, maybe you should also start brainstorming about The Expendables III. Instead of the most dangerous place on Earth, maybe in the threequel you can set it in the most dangerous place…in OUTER SPACE!

Are U excited for more Expendables?
