Sharon Osbourne Doubts Chezza's Stateside Success!

We're going to have to respectfully disagree on this one!

Sharon Osbourne recently revealed that she thinks Cheryl Cole, who has been reportedly offered a judging position on the US edition of The X Factor, may not be a good fit for stateside audiences, and instead thinks Nicole Scherzinger may be better off for the job!

She explains:

"Cheryl's perfect for England. She's the nation's sweetheart and they absolutely love her. But over here [in the US] it's Nicole's town. You have to think of the audience and most of them would never have heard of Girls Aloud. Nicole's great TV, has a huge following here in the States and people absolutely love her. Plus she's beautiful and talented. It takes a long time to make it in the States because it’s so huge. I think she's made the right decision to move out here. She couldn't just come over and do a show then pootle off. Cheryl reminds me of Bambi. She's got these big, brown, beautiful eyes and you just want to stroke her."

We have a feeling that our Chezza may be SLIGHTLY more well known than what you're assuming, bb!

And with the kind of success that she's had in the UK, we think that the slightest bit of media attention will launch her into superstardom here, too!

But we certainly shall see, won't we?

Here's hoping! Fingers crossed!

Akon Disagrees With will.i.am's Stance On Michael Jackson's New Album!

will.i.am recently spoke out against the new, posthumous Michael Jackson album, Michael, claiming that the pop icon would not have wanted material that he hadn't given his okay on released, but now Akon, who is featured on the new single, Hold My Hand, has publicly disagreed!

He says:

"I don't see anything disrespectful about it … these albums would have come out if [MJ] was alive or dead so I think this helps to keep his legacy alive."

Inneresting perspective!

What do U think?? Is it appropriate for Sony to release a new Michael Jackson album without his consent??
