JCPenney will soon be the happiest place to shop on earth!

The department store announced they're partnering with Disney to set up their own shop-in-shops in at least 520 Penney's stores next fall, as part of their massive makeover.

Under the new deal, JCP will be sell merchandise

On Tuesday night, Disney showed off the latest Pirate of the Caribbean products being released later this year at American International Toy Fair preview .

So far, Pirates merchandise has made the house of mouse $1.6 billion and they're hoping to add to it with the release of the fourth installment in May.

Disney Consumer Products' director of toys, Jo Pascoe said "Fans, kids and collectors alike are in for a treat", especially with the film character-based pirate action figures that turn into zombies under a black light.
