Now that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have officially stepped out as a couple, her soon-to-be-ex-husband Kris Humphries, is apparently pretty convinced that the pair have been involved for much longer than what they're portraying publicly - convinced enough to have his divorce attorneys try to determine if she was spending money on him while they were still man and wife!

According to California state law, if a spouse spends money on a lover while still married, the spurned partner is entitled to be re-paid the amount spent!
