Well look who's becoming quite the Renaissance man!

Or…something like it! LOLz!

Vanilla Ice has recently been attached to not only theater and film projects, as well as Gathering of the Jugaloos promotional videos, he's also apparently opened his own website, which offers real estate advice, called Vanilla Ice Real Estate!

Yeah. You HAVE to check out his website HERE. It's pretty HIGHlarious!

But little did we know, the rapper has 16 years of experience in investing in properties, and also starred on The Vanilla Ice Project on the DIY network, during which he renovated homes in Florida.

We hate to admit it, but he certainly does sound as though he may be completely qualified to be dishing out advice!

We're happy to say that Vanilla Ice is having a pretty good year.

His DIY network reality show, The Vanilla Ice Project, was just picked up for a second season and he celebrated his birthday at Studio 54 in the MGM's Grand Resort & Casino in Las Vegas over the weekend.

WTF?!

Vanilla Ice (aka Robert Van Winkle) will star in a home improvement series on the DIY Network entitled, The Vanilla Ice Project.

Reps for the network said:

"Over the last 15 years, Rob has taught himself the basics of home improvement through hands-on experience. In each episode, Rob demonstrates his vast knowledge in home renovation … . He calls the shots in this room-by-room home makeover series, exposing an entirely new side of the star — one that his fans never have seen before."

The 10-episode show is air on October 14th.
