Last week, we told you the story of Dafne, a 9-year-old girl in Mexico who was impregnated and miraculously gave birth to a healthy baby!

Well, the good news is that the girl's age was misreported by her mother. According to doctors she is at least 12 or 13, possibly older!

We're not sure why her mother lied, but it may have had something to do with keeping her in school longer.

And while that isn't MUCH better, we're sorry because this next part is MUCH worse!

The rapper was sued last year by an old fling named Jessica Smith — who claimed that Future was her baby daddy.

And now after 10 long years, the Haitian-American artist finally took a paternity test, which revealed that he is indeed the FATHER of her son!!

She can't possibly be for real!!!

Mariah Yeater, the woman who STILL alleges that Justin Bieber fathered her baby, is demanding ANOTHER paternity test from the singer.

Her ridiculous attorney Jeffrey Leving wants to make sure that he is present to make sure that the urine sample actually belongs to him.

Sounds a little creepy and pervy, if you ask us!

Leving says:

"We have been negotiating a DNA test. We just received communication from Justin Bieber's lawyer today concerning our discussions, which are private. We are trying to set up a DNA test—to test the mother and the child and to retest Justin Bieber. Because we have to make sure the chain of custody is properly supervised.

I wasn't aware Justin Bieber was allegedly taking a DNA test until I read about it. I don't know if it was even his DNA. Evidence has to be properly supervised to make sure it is not corrupted. What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting.

We are trying to do this outside of court. If it can't be done out of court, then the only other option is to refile."

So, basically, he's admitting that he just wants to "settle" out of court so that Mariah AND him get a big payday??

WTF!

And obviously things aren't as "private" as he says they are if he's going to the media with this information. So ridiculous! Either this woman AND her lawyers don't have single clue or they're actually that ridiculous to think they're going to get away with these allegations.

Justin Bieber had no problems talking about taking a DNA test on last night's Late Show with David Letterman.

Justin even went so far as calling the alleged baby momma accuser Mariah Yeater a "weasel." He told Dave:

"I mean I could smell a weasel. People make up false accusations. I am 17, but it is going to happen….Being in the spotlight. I took it. They just swab your mouth."

Justin is absolutely certain that the kid ain't his considering he's never even met the weasel the girl.

Wonder why?!?

Since Justin took a DNA test in New Jersey last Friday, he's been taping his over priced sneakers waiting to compare his blood to his alleged son's.

But sadly (and predictably) Mariah Yeater and her lawyers wont ante up her baby's DNA results.

Yeater's lawyer has been blabbing to the media, giving print AND radio interviews. It seems the only people he wont talk to are in Justin's camp!!

Sources connected with Justin believe Yeater will never produce DNA results, because it will simply become ammunition for a lawsuit he intends to file against HER!

We seriously hope we never hear about Yeater again. Unless, of course, the "love birds" decide to reunite on an episode of Maury.

We TOTALLY support a Maury episode!!!

More "baby momma" drama for Biebs!

The lawyers of the Mariah Yeater, are accusing Justin of threatening their client.

Jeffrey Leving, 20-year-old's mother's new lawyer, says that Justin's threats to sue her after the DNA test is a scare tactic. He says it's just another example of a celebrity trying to push around the little guy — in this case "a 20-year-old woman with no money and no job."

Leving claims Mariah dismissed her lawsuit to open the door for a private settlement, and they are totally NOT backing down! However, Bieber sources tell us, there have been NO settlement discussions whatsoever between the two camps. Oops!

Sounds like someone isn't telling the truth!

The only question is: is it Justin's reps OR Mariah's lawyers??

GO TEAM EDWARD JUSTIN!!!
