Demi Lovato is lending her voice for a new campaign for Do Something that will raise awareness and help out homeless teens.

She's helping launch the 5th year of DoSomething.org's "Teen for Jeans" campaign, which urges young adults to help out by providing at least one item requested by homeless youths at shelters. And the most requested item is jeans.

To say thanks, Aéropostale will be giving an additional 25% off a new pair jeans and the school that collects the most jeans between January 16th and February 12th will win $5,000 and new Aero jeans for every student.
