It begins!

Once again, we hope this doesn't get TOO nasty, but Camille Grammer has filed for primary custody of her children.

Filing less than a month after her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer requested primary custody, court documents have revealed that Camille is claiming Kelsey's filings were "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her.

A source close to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said:

"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together. Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed."

The insider continued to insist that Camille "would love to have a relationship with Kelsey for the kids' sake", but "Kelsey will not communicate with her."

That's a shame!

These two better wise up quick because whether they like it or not, their relationship will have an effect on their kids. They should be trying their best to make sure it's a positive effect!

And this is EXACTLY why we're skeptical of all the shiz her team is saying about him!

Sources close to Gabriel Aubry claim that he has quite a bit of dirt on Halle Berry, which includes e-mails, text messages, and voicemails of the actress reportedly saying some incredibly HOrrendous shiz - but he has no intention on releasing any of it, because he ultimately doesn't want to hurt his daughter, Nahla!

A source explains:

“I honestly think Gabriel should release some of these messages he has from Halle, and tell his side of the story, but he won’t, he said he’s going to save them for family court, which will be a private, press-free environment. I know it sounds like I’m painting a picture but Gabriel truly does not want to do anything at all that could potentially damage his daughter, and he knows attacking Halle in the press would ultimately do that. She left a crazy message on Gabe’s cell just after some pictures came out of him at a Lakers game with a girl last year. She is mega, mega pissed in the message, calling him, and the girl, all kinds of names – it’s certainly something Halle wouldn’t want heard. Gabriel played it to me at the time, and said: ‘see what I have to deal with?!’ I really felt for the guy – I mean, he hadn’t done anything wrong….just gone on a date! He could totally do a number on her if he chose to – but he’s a nice guy at the end of the day and unlike Halle, Gabe’s not concerned with the public believing he is the ‘wronged one’ and with controlling his image – he is concerned with his daughter and her welfare. Perhaps if Halle spent more time truly worrying about that and less time worrying about how she’s being portrayed in the press the situation would be better and easier for all concerned.”

Some of the stuff being released is just AWFUL! If it's true, that's one thing, but still!

It's horribly spiteful to put those things out there about somebody - and JUST deplorable if it's false!

We sincerely hope that these two hash these issues out behind closed doors and just let the bull shiz go! We seriously are not ready for another Mel/Oksana shit storm.

Oh, we have a feeling that this marriage is going to take one table-flipping turn south very quickly!

We reported earlier that Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was cleared of fraud charges in a hearing brought against she and her husband, Juicy Joe, by his former business partner - and now we know why!

During the hearing, Teresa discovered that her family had declared bankruptcy long before she knew about financial troubles - and that her signature had been forged onto various legal documents, including the mortgages to their mansion and Jersey Shore summer home, as well as multiple investment properties!

Meanwhile, Juicy Joe wasn't only forging her signature - he admitted to doing the same with his business partner currently pressing charges, Joe Mastropole, as well as a notary and an employee!

Holy SHIZ!

Teresa explained during cross-examination:

“I’ll sign my name right now; it’s not my signature. Is that under my name? My husband, if he had to tell me something, I’m sure he would.”

And all Juicy Joe had to say was:

“Everybody does it. I didn’t think it was a big deal.”

Wow. This is some serious shiz right here!

This guy is going to be in a LOT of trouble! As he should be!

Absolutely deplorable! And we don't buy that 'I didn't think it was a big deal' excuse!

We cannot WAIT to see this plays out on the series! We have a feeling Teresa is going to have a LOT to say about this mess!

The Dream filed for divorce from Christina Milian on February 17, just nine days before she gave birth to their daughter Violet!

The Dream says that "there is no hope for reconciliation" in the documents.

Talk about a quickie marriage — that didn't even last a year! But why keep it under wraps for so long?
