Details of the autopsy report for Soul Train’s Don Cornelius reveal the legend had been dealing with unbearable pain for quite some time.
Cornelius died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his temple back in February at age 75.
Now, the report is stating that Don was plagued with seizures after suffering an aneurysm 15 years ago, in which no medication seemed to dull the pain.

The Los Angeles coroner's office ruled today that Don Cornelius's death was caused by a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head.
Officials made the determination after Cornelius's autopsy on last Friday. Police ruled out foul play when they discovered Cornelius.
His son, Tony Cornelius, called the police when he received a phone call from his father.
