Sounds like there was a LOT more we missed out on when Britney Spears’ ex-duet partner awkwardly surprised her on X Factor!

Not only did Don Philip feel like he “hurt” Brit Brit after getting passed on by all four judges, but it seems the show edited out one particular part of his audition — when he came out as gay!

Check out the video (above) of Don’s FULL audition, where you can hear L.A. asking him what his secret was!

In an interview following the show’s premiere, Philip said he felt the XF gang FORCED his answer out of him and that they “bullied” him about it, even after he told producers he wished to keep mum!

The tearful hopeful went on to confess:

X Factor judge Britney Spears got a bit of a blast from the past during the show’s San Francisco auditions, which aired last night!

Remember back in June when we told you about Britney's former duet partner, Don Philip, who auditioned and then went on a bitter rant afterwards???

We had a bad feeling that something like this would happen.

Over the weekend, Britney Spears was thrown for a loop when Don Philip, a singer who performed a duet with the pop star on her debut album …Baby One More Time, auditioned for X Factor in San Francisco and used the opportunity to tearfully come out of the closet to her!

Unfortunately, once he actually performed, all of the judges found him to be ill-suited for the competition, and he was turned down!

Well, of course, Don has now taken to Facebook to take some pretty low digs at Brit!

He apparently wrote the following before taking it down:
