Eating healthy is so great.
It makes you feel awesome and helps you live longer.
But every once in a while… a junk foody snack can be pretty great too.
So a huge chip fan at SeriousEats.com broke down why specifically nacho cheese Doritos "tastes like heaven."
Well, if the world is going to end this year anyway, we might as well spend our last summer filled to the brim with bacon sundaes!
Actually, Burger King has a whole new BBQ line up for the summer, and the bacon sundae is just the cherry on top!
They're launching several pork, beef and chicken sandwiches as limited time offers. The sundae? Vanilla soft serve with fudge, caramel, bacon crumbles and a piece of bacon.
Unfortunately, we say you should probably only try it once. You know, since it has 510 calories, 18 grams of fat and 61 grams of sugar.
The question is: will it be a hit like the Doritos Taco??

We feel like somewhere in a Taco Bell laboratory (we can dream), the Doritos Taco was the exact product that someone had been searching for their whole lives just to be able to say the phrase, "It's so crazy, it just might work."

This seems to be a new golden age for Doritos!
After the huge success of the Doritos Taco at Taco Bell, we're hearing that other fast food chains are testing products with the cheesy chip…
… including Subway!
Reports are coming in that they're testing a form of nachos that are made with Doritos!
Apparently they're testing it in unusual locations like Walmarts and amusement parks, so you'll just have to wait and see if they release it all over your faces and into your mouths!
Still, it sounds delicious, right??
Well, super unhealthy at least. Especially for Subway!
Frito-Lay, one of the biggest names in snacks, launched an initiative that will have qualifying products receive a "gluten-free" label.
Lay's, Doritos, Ruffles, Tostitos and Sunchips plan to develop a gluten-free validation process that will allow them to use the gluten-free label.
The foods won't change or anything, they're just going to be tested to make sure they have the less than 20 parts per million of gluten that the FDA requires for something to be gluten-free.
They're joining other companies like Dominoes who recently unveiled a gluten-free crust for their pizzas!
This is all good for people with Celiac disease, which is a digestive disorder triggered by gluten that damages the lining of the small intestine.
Way to think about your consumers!
