Britney Spears may have sold the home in which she had her infamous 2008 meltdown for $4.235 million, close to a million more than what she was asking, but that's a far cry from the fully-furnished version she bought in 2007 for $6.75 million!

And now, it appears that the new owners of the estate, located in the exclusive gated community The Summit, will end up spending almost as much as the pop star originally did - because they're ready to shell out up to $2 million on renovations alone!

Ouch! What a mess!

There's still quite a bit of "he said, she said" surrounding the mysterious circumstances regarding Cheryl Cole's exit from both the UK and US X Factor, with many pointing the finger of blame at boss Simon Cowell, but according to sources close to the reality competition's production, he did everything he could to keep the singer on one of the judges panels - and even offered her DOUBLE her pay for her to take her old position across the pond!

The insider explains:

"It's been a tough week for everyone involved with the series, not just Cheryl. Simon feels he has been made to look like the bad guy in all of this, when all he's done is offer someone a job. He moved heaven and earth for that girl - effectively offering to double her salary to take up a role on the UK show. Discussions were ongoing the whole time she was in America but then suddenly she went off-radar and the conversations stopped. The truth is Cheryl was never herself on the US show - and it came across on camera. There was nothing anybody could do about it and the reality is the decision to remove Cheryl from the US panel was never Simon's alone. He was not the axeman - it was a group decision. Obviously he feels responsible for Cheryl and regrets the way some of this has played out. But at the same time, Simon won't be losing sleep over someone who has just rejected a multi-million pound job offer."

We certainly can understand that this was most likely a group, business decision, but we can also see how there's no way Chezza could have not taken it personally!

Just so unfortunate that this is how it had to end!

Here's hoping that at some point they can put all of the miscommunication and hard feelings aside, and collaborate at some point again!

Everyone's going to want to make as much as you for their shizzy reality shows now!

The ladies of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are joining the NYC cast in their fight with Bravo for a pay raise, and are threatening to walk if they don't make more on each episode of their smash reality series!

Sources claim that the third season was set to begin shooting on September 3rd, but that might not happen if certain demands by the cast aren't met - some of which include a cut of the profits from the DVDs, appearances, a DOUBLED salary!

And to the surprise of no one, financially fucked Teresa Giudice is behind it all!

An insider claims:

“She would like to be paid more equivalent to what the 'Jersey Shore' kids are getting. If she’s not treated better by Bravo, she’s ready to walk away.”

They definitely pull in the ratings - more so than the other versions of the show - and of course, they're also forced to deal with a legitimate psychopath while they film, so we can understand why they'd feel more entitled to a bigger paycheck!

But don't let your demands get too out of control, bb!

We're pretty sure Bravo has no problem replacing people on a whim, and we don't want you to end up with your ass fired, like that awful Prostitution Whore!
