The Dowager Countess of Grantham must be shaking in her knickers!

We are, at least!

It's been announced that merchandise and clothing from the popular British show Downton Abbey will finally be released for all those desperate Downtoners looking for a piece of the show.

Now that the show is a bonafide hit in the States, NBC Universal has acquired the rights to release a Downton brand of products including clothing from the show (we're thinking long arm gloves and fur coats) and home furnishings (throw pillows and silver teapots??).

The show's executive producer, Gareth Neame confirmed the news, saying:

"We'll be working across an entire range of products coming out this year. From fashion, apparel and homeware and furniture to wallpapers, beauty products and stationary."

But, the real question is, will these items come with our very own Mr. Carson to serve us?? Inquiring minds want to know!

In a night of fairly safe colors, Michelle Dockery played it anything but safe with this bright purple gown!

For the White House Correspondents' Dinner, Michelle took a risk with this glam peplum Elie Saab gown and just might have won.

With a flowing skirt and delicate gold accessories, she looks ready for a political dinner or even a Hollywood awards show!

We're not loving the lip color, but hey, at least she went all in when it comes to bright colors.

She's looking far from a Downton Abbey lady tonight!

Now that Downton Abbey's Dan Stevens has left the PBS show, he's gone darker.

Well, his hair has at least.

The actor showed off his new dark brown locks at the GLAAD Media Awards in NYC over the weekend, which not only made him stand out on the blue carpet, but also made his gorgeous baby blues pop even more!

He looked just downright dapper with his fitted Calvin Klein suit and black skinny tie.

We have to say, it gives him a much more sophisticated look, doesn't it??

Hmm, we wonder if Lady Mary would approve….

We love a golden dress at an awards show — so long as the woman doesn't look like the statue she might be taking home that night.

And Michelle Dockery did it just right at the 2013 Golden Globes!

The Downton Abbey beauty chose an Alexandre Vauthier dress with an incredible golden lace top and a far more simple bottom half (above)!

With small earrings and a basic clutch, she let the delicate intricacies of the top of her dress be the star of the show.

But they did have a minor costar as she paired the look with a deep emerald ring that ended up being the perfect final touch.

A golden goddess! Brava!

Lady Mary indeed!

We love September issues because, while every issue has some gorgeous pics, magazines really up the ante with this one, as Harper’s Bazaar did by giving actress Michelle Dockery a spread!

The Downton Abbey actress was shot at in the Hampshire countryside at a hotel restaurant, which was close to Highclere Castle, where they film the show. Dockery was shot by Benjamin A. Huseby who captures her in a stern, yet sensitive light.

In the article, the actress talks about her character and style, in a voice very different from Lady Mary's. These are some HIGHlights:

That ain't right!

Mad Men costumer designer Janie Bryant got snubbed big time by the Emmys!

For the past three years the show has been nominated for Outstanding Costumes For A Series, but this year they were noticeably absent from the category.

Instead Boardwalk Empire, Downton Abbey, Once Upon a Time, The Borgias and Game of Thrones will be battling it out for the golden statue on September 23rd.

Oh well, Mad Men was still nominated for 17 other awards, so missing one isn't that big of a deal, right?

Bow chicka wow wow!

Vanity Fair's May issue is all about the women of primetime television and they got some of the hottest leading ladies to pose for them.

For the sexy cover, the magazine Photoshopped Julianna Margulies, Claire Danes, Sofia Vegara and Michelle Dockery in bed together.

It's kinda cheesy and poorly put together, but that's just our opinion.
