Guess the herbal remedies don't always work!

A new study has proven that echinacea, which many believe to help the common cold, in fact does not make that big a difference.

The research, led by Dr. Bruce Barrett and his colleagues at the University of Wisconsin, looked into 700 adults and children, ages 12-80, and found that although there was a benefit to taking the supplement, on average, it only shaved about half a day off of a weekend-length cold!

No better than anything else to help alleviate that stuffy nose!

Too bad.
