Howard Stern's Fans Crank Call Dr. Laura!

We'll let you decide whether they took things too far or not.

On Tuesday, a group of Howard Stern's most devoted fans took it upon themselves to wreak havoc on Dr. Laura's radio show.

It isn't news that Howard and Dr. Laura have bad blood between them. Back in the 90s, she pulled out of her contract with CBS when the network struck a deal with Stern. In turn, when Laura signed on to Sirius XM radio, he called her everything from a "hypocrite" to "vomit." His fans did much worse.

Take a listen to some of the prank calls Dr. Laura got and how she handled them live on-air! (above)

So, did they go too far? Yes? No?

Doesn't really matter anyway, as we're sure this won't be the last time we'll hear about this. Now that the ball's rolling, its going to be hard to stop!

Dr. Laura Goes To Satellite Radio

Dr. Laura Schlessinger won't be taking much of a break when her current syndicated advice program, Dr. Laura, ends on December 31.

The controversial talk show host has signed a multi-year deal with Sirius XM radio that will begin on Monday, January 2, 2011. Her new talk show will include new segments "that are relevant to the morals, values, principles and ethics that I nag about everyday."

When asked about her decision to move to satellite radio, Schlessinger said:

"The first and most important thing that appealed to me was the freedom to speak my mind without advertisers and affiliates being attacked by activist groups that just love to censor anything they don't agree with. That just about made my heart and head explode."

Oh great. Now she can be a bigger and more obnoxious loud mouth.

Dr. Laura LOLs!

Even though she has quit her radio show, Dr. Laura Schlessinger is trying with all her might to not seem like a bigot!

When asked about her latest outing, she said:

“I went out to dinner with three friends after Larry King. One of my friends who is gay is sitting there with another friend who is black, and he looks up and says, ‘I wonder what the media would do with this? You're with a black guy and a gay guy.’ We laughed, because we all understand what this is really about — censoring a point of view.”

Nice try, honey. We know who you are.

Sarah Palin Defends Her BFF Dr. Laura… Again!

You know, we equate this whole situation to like giving Speidi a platform and microphone in Times Square. Sarah Palin isn't ever going to shut up as long as there are outlets for her to speak her pea brain!

Right now, Sexy Sarah has abandoned criticizing her daughter's life choices (go figure) to join forces with another mighty lady conservative, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, who had the balls to say the "N" word on her radio show. Sarah has already made her point abundantly clear that she doesn't think people should hate on Dr. Laura so much, but still, she keeps right on talking and gabbing away.

Now, she has posted a rather lengthly defense for Dr. Laura on her Facebook page. Have a read and insert eye winks and chin pushes wherever you feel the need. Sarah copies and pastes writes:

Does anyone seriously believe that Dr. Laura Schlessinger is a racist? Anyone, I mean, who isn’t already accusing all conservatives, Republicans, Tea Party Americans, etc., etc., etc. of being racists?

Adversaries who have been trying to silence Dr. Laura for years seized on her recent use of the n-word on her show as she subsequently suggested that rap “artists” and other creative types like those producing HBO shows who regularly use the n-word could be questioned for doing so. Her intention in discussing the issue with a caller seeking advice was not to be hateful or bigoted. Though she did not mean to insult the caller, she did, and she apologized for it. Still, those who oppose her seized upon her mistake in using the word (though she didn’t call anyone the derogatory term) to paint her as something that she’s not. I can understand how she could feel “shackled” by those who would parse a single word out of decades of on-air commentary. I understand what she meant when she declared that she was “taking back my First Amendment rights” by turning to a new venue that will not allow others the ability to silence her by going after her stations, sponsors, and supporters.

I, and obviously many others, have been “shackled” too by people who play games with false accusations, threats, frivolous lawsuits, misreporting, etc., in an effort to silence those with whom they disagree. That’s why I tend to defend people who call it like they see it while others stop at nothing to shut them up. I learned this valuable lesson when the partisan obstructionists in my state tried to shackle, bankrupt, and destroy my family and supporters, and my record, with endless frivolous litigation when I returned from the Vice Presidential campaign trail. In order to shake off the shackles they wanted to paralyze us with, I handed the reins to another, much like Dr. Laura is doing, so that these obstructionists who hated a Commonsense Conservative agenda wouldn’t win. I didn’t retreat; I reloaded in order to fight for what is right on a fairer battlefield. So, more power to someone with good intentions who refuses to be shackled by their detractors when they are falsely accused of being racist.

Dr. Laura did not call anyone or any group of people the n-word. Curiously, the same criers over this issue didn’t utter a word when White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel called a group protesting the Obama Administration’s actions, “f***ing retards.” When this presidential spokesman uttered this term I commented that the President would be better off not including Emmanuel in his circle of advisers, and my opinion was based not just on the crude and disrespectful term Emmanuel used to label people, but because he too often gives the President very poor advice. I was called intolerant and narrow-minded by many on the Left for commenting on that issue. Many of these same Leftists are now spinning the Dr. Laura issue into something it is not. As usual, their hypocrisy and double standard applications are glaring.

- Sarah Palin

Zzzzzzz…. Oh sorry, we dozed off for a second. Bullshit makes us sleepy!

Anyway, we applaud Sarah for standing for what she believes in. She just wished her computer would explode so we wouldn't have to hear about it anymore…or anything else about her for that matter.

Do you love how she turned it around and made it all about her by the second paragrpah? We're surprised she even bothered to say Dr. Laura's name!

We knew she'd have something to say!

Dr. Douche Losing Her Show?!

Dr. Douche (aka Dr. Laura Schlessinger) is being pushed off the airwaves!

Well, she might be pushed off the airwaves. On Monday, left-wing group Media Matters joined GLAAD, the Women’s Media Center, and Unity Journalists of Color to insist that advertisers pull funding from the show.

We agree. Dr. Douche has a history of making incendiary comments. A decade ago she got herself into a similar situation after engaging in homophobic rhetoric and causing 170 advertisers pull out of her CBS show after activists groups began campaigning against her.

Let’s hope that happens again.

Dr. Douche also complained that the media was responsible for “compounding the damage” by choosing to “rebroadcast my error again and again and again.”

That’s funny, most broadcasters are excited to get their message out to as many people as possible. The again, most broadcasters aren’t small-minded assholes.

Dr. Douche Apologizes For Using The N-Word

UGH! How is this sad excuse for a human being still on the air??

Dr. Douche aka Dr. Laura Schlessinger has apologized after using the N-word eleven times in the span of five minutes during an on-air conversation with a caller.

Earlier this week, Dr. Laura spoke with an African-American caller on the air and told her she was being too sensitive when complaining about her white husband's friends making racist comments. Dr. Laura continued to use the N-word several times to make a "philosophical point" adding that “black guys say it all the time."

When the caller objected and commented that the word was offensive, Dr. Evil continued to tell the caller, saying, "Oh, then I guess you don't watch HBO or listen to any black comedians." And to dig herself an even bigger grave, after the call ended, Schlessinger said that the woman shouldn’t have entered in an interracial marriage if she was so “hypersensitive about color and [didn't] have a sense of humor.”

While at this point, it doesn't even matter, Dr. Laura has issued an apology:

"Yesterday, I did the wrong thing. I didn't intend to hurt people, but I did. And that makes it the wrong thing to have done. I was attempting to make a philosophical point, and I articulated the 'n' word all the way out — more than one time. And that was wrong. I'll say it again — that was wrong."

She also says, she "was so upset [by the conversation with the caller that she] could not finish the show,” explaining, "I pulled myself off the air at the end of the hour … I am very sorry. And it just won't happen again."

Too little, too late!!
