Uh oh!

According to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Brandi Glanville, Adrienne Maloof did NOT have her three children naturally… she and her ex-hubby, Paul Nassif apparently used a surrogate instead!!

The gossip all started in season 3, episode 6, and crazy enough, Maloof wasn't even around when the shiz went down.

Despite the temporary agreement reached between Adrienne Maloof and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Dr. Paul Nassif - the latter of the two isn't finished with the legal fight. Not by a long shot!

After an increasingly volatile legal battle, it appears that Adrienne Maloof and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, have finally resolved their child custody issues - and out of court, no less!

But even though the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star's child abuse claims against her former man were determined to be false, he is still only being granted visitation rights…because he was afraid of the less-than-favorable TRUE details of his personal life coming out during hearings!

Paul Nassif has won the first round with Adrienne Maloof.

After proving that the child abuse allegations against him were FALSE - Nassif won a small victory in court by getting to see his kids at least two times before the estranged couple's major custody battle that will happen in court next month on October 9th.

Those days of happiness for Nassif and his kids will be monitored visits on September 29th and October 6th.

Nassif tweeted:

"Good day. Very good day. I get to see my boys again!"

And Nassif STILL wants to co-parent his boys with Maloof despite her bogus allegations against him which include the child abuse claims PLUS the rumors that Maloof is threatening to fire any of her employees who publicly supports Nassif during their custody battle.

Source say she's already fired the family's head of security for saying Nassif is a good dad.

Here's what Nassif said about being a co-parent with Maloof:

"I just want this crap to stop. We need to be co-parents, no matter how we feel about each other."

That's nice and all, but it doesn't seem like Maloof wants this to stop OR be co-parents with him. It looks like she's really trying to hurt him where it hurts, and since her abuse claims have fallen flat on its face, we're kind of scared to see what she'll try next!

But for today at least Nassif can pat himself on the back for a small victory and he can get ready to hang out with his boys a couple of times before the gloves come off and he goes head-to-toe with the woman he originally said 'I do' to.

The Department of Children and Family Services are calling B.S. on Adrienne Maloof's child abuse claims directed at her husband Paul Nassif, and Nassif is gearing up to go to court to get his kids BACK!!!

Maloof claimed that Nassif committed a whole bunch of intolerable acts such as choking out one of their sons.

But the Department of Children and Family Services strongly disagree, and have even created a step-by-step document that lists why the abuse claims are totally and utterly WRONG and that there was in fact no abuse committed by Nassif.

Wow, if that's true and Maloof straight up lied to the courts under oath then she could be in some serious hotter-than-hot water!!

That's a big no-no!

Plus when Nassif goes back to court - he's going to claim the whole story was a ploy by Maloof to get revenge on him which seems a fair assessment if there was no abuse going on.

You know what they say - an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. Plus don't use your kids to get back at your husband - that's just not cool.
