We thought Jack & Jill would finally put the long-awaited nail in the coffin of this subgenre of comedy.
We were wrong.
Check out the first promotional poster for the new ABC show Work It (above), featuring yet another pair of men attempting to beat whatever system this series will employ by dressing as women, and - shocker! - no one in its universe will seem to notice the blatantly obvious!
Let us guess:
NO HIGHlarity ensues!

Will the REAL Shocantelle Brown please stand up?!
You may remember our beloved hairstylist/philanthropist/permanent resident of a motel from THIS HIGHlarious video back in the day, and it appears that she has once again re-emerged, looking slightly broader in the shoulders and with a more prominent chin, performing at Mickey's in West Hollywood!
Ch-ch-check her out, in all of her glory (above)!
Believe us, this is a must-see! It's EPIC!
P.S. AMAZING job, Morgan McMichaels!

As if there wasn't already enough, here is more bad news for smokers!
A study of 982 stroke patients, 264 of which smoked cigarettes, has found that smokers are TWICE as likely to have strokes as non-smokers and they'll get them almost decade before non-smokers!
Dr. Andrew Pipe, one of the study's authors, said:

Precious director Lee Daniels has been keeping REALLY busy!
Last we heard from Daniels, he had signed on to write/direct an upcoming Valley of the Dolls TV series for NBC.
Now, Daniels has teamed up with Temple Grandin writer W. Merritt Johnson for a new Showtimes series, which "is set in New York City and centers on the disenfranchised multicultural transgender youth of the Ball subculture…"
Here's more info about the history of the subculture:

American Idol finalist Danny Noriega was back at Showgirls this week, singing live for their Amateur contest with her version of Amy Winehouse's Back To Black!
Not only do we find that impressive, but we LOVE her look! Such attention to the detail of this outfit! That ain't just a "boy in a dress" (Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar? Anyone?) - that is a STAR!
We're going to need to get ourselves down to Drag-stravaganza sometime! The talent just seems impeccable!

Okay, a little intriguing, but still mostly horrible!
Jordan's marriage to Alex Reid was about as permanent as the glamor model's hair color, and it appears that their split has become less than amicable, and because of that, the world may be getting some very NSFW footage of the drag queen/reality contestant/cage fighter!
