Wow… you don't see that everyday.

A woman found an injured dragon fly down by a riverbank.

So instead of just leaving it or smashing it like we're sure many people would, she took it home.

Its wing was bent and it was unable to fly, so that meant it couldn't eat.

So what did she do?

She hand-fed it!

National Geographic just revealed the winner of their picture of the year competition.

This year's winner is a photo of a dragonfly in the rain.

So cool.

It was snapped by an Indonesian photographer who gets to take home the $10,000 prize.

Wowza! Maybe we should get into photography…
