So sad that this family has to go through even more drama!
As we reported, Robin Williams' widow Susan Schneider filed a lawsuit in December against the late comedian's children — Zachary, Zelda, and Cody — regarding the ownership of several items in his estate.

Well it turns out this dispute will finally be presented in front of a judge.
On Monday, attorneys from both parties will meet at a San Francisco courthouse to begin the legal process.
As we wrote last November, the Ms. Doubtfire actor left his entire fortune to his wife and three children.
However, almost immediately, the two sides couldn't agree on which properties belonged to who.
Schneider argues that all the items contained in the couples Tiburon home are hers. In addition, she claims his children took belongings which they were not entitled to.
Williams' kin vehemently disagree and believe they were granted his memorabilia and industry awards according to his trust, IN ADDITION to certain articles in the Tiburon estate.
To make matters more complicated, both camps cannot come to an agreement about the Jumanji star's watch collection, and about which entities should go in storage.
We just hope the family can settle their differences for the sake of Robin's memory.
