Personal trainer Jason Rosell has come up with a revolutionary workout that gets your booty firmed up, and makes you better in the bedroom.
And who doesn’t want both of those things?!
So, the man who has trained both Snooki and Drew Carey came up with a 32-minute workout called Sexercise! He talked about the routine, saying:
“It gives you that longevity on the dance floor — or the bedroom. Most people get tired within the first four to eight minutes of intercourse if they don’t have any workout regimen.”
