Dang, it really is rough out there!

Back in 2008, Plaxico Burress rear-ended a woman's car with his Mercedes, and was then ordered to pay her $159,000 after she sued him.

But considering that he dodged the six-figure payment, the DMV suspended his driver's license so he can learn his lesson, and a judge also ordered that his Virginia Beach home be sold in order to settle the debt he owed Alise Smith.

Looks like Teresa Giudice may very well be the star of her own televised courtroom drama one month from now!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's husband, Juicy Joe Giudice, will be going to trial on May 28th in his fraud case, for which he's facing ten years in jail on the grounds of attempting to illegally obtain a driver's license in his brother's name after his was suspended following a DWI in 2010.

As we reported, the reality husband's lawyer, Miles Feinstein, recently revealed that the woman he referred to as a "c-nt" on-camera would be willing to testify under oath on his behalf, and now, that's all making a whole lot more sense…because the Bravo cameras may be allowed to be inside the courtroom with her!

Yikes!!! We know that nobody really takes a good driver's license pic, but this one really takes the cake!

Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera's California driver's license (above) has been found amongst the wreckage of the small Learjet which crashed near the town of Iturbide in Mexico's Sierra Madre Oriental.

It's been confirmed that the plane was the same one carrying Jenni, her publicist Arturo Rivera, her stylist Jorge Sanchez, her makeup artist Jacobo Llenares and her attorney Mario Macias, and two pilots — even though the bodies have yet to be physicall identified.

Despite this, Jenni's father Pedro Rivera told reporters:

Regardless of licenses held from countries — whether they be to drive or to kill, everyone who emigrates to NYC must pass a written test, endure a five hour safety course, and then complete a road test should they wish to legally drive in the city.

Oh, man! This must have been EPIC!

We wish we could have seen it in person! LOLz!

Jessica Simpson reportedly got quite the taste of humble pie recently when she attempted to use her star power for special treatment while renewing her license at the DMV - and was shot down by one of the badass bitches employed at the hell on Earth.

According to a witness:

"Jessica didn't want to sit with the average Joes who were ahead of her. So she went to the front desk and asked in a low voice if she could have access to a private room while waiting for her number to be called. The no-nonsense female staffer answered Jessica in a loud, forceful voice, saying, 'Miss Simpson, we didn't do that for the governor and we certainly aren't doing it for you!' Jessica pouted and scowled as she sat with her arms folded and stared straight ahead, kicking her foot. But hopefully she learned two big lessons - everyone gets treated the same way at the DMV and next time, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!"

Burn! Talk about HUMILIATING!

We would have been MORTIFIED!

But then again, just as the witness pointed out…we also would have been smart enough to make an appointment!

That's the only way you can EVER get anything done there!

Hopefully gurlfriend will think twice the next time she considers using her celeb status to get special treatment!

The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice is in trouble AGAIN!

Joe Giudice was arrested on Friday after it was discovered that he had used his brother's identification to obtain a fraudulent driver's license.

Joe's current license was suspended after he was arrested back in 2010 for driving under the influence and crashing into a telephone pole.

Sources say he could serve up to 10 years in prison.

Geez!!

This guy is UNREAL. If you remember, he has a history with forging documents. A few months ago, he was accused of forging his wife's signature on their mortgage documents as well as forging his business partner's signature on very important business documents, including a $1 million loan!

We're not sure why Joe thinks he's above the law, but let's hope he's forced to pay for his crimes!
