Gavin is claiming that he never said Lindz was driving the vehicle, and that when cops told him they knew Lindsay was behind the wheel because of the seatbelt bruise on her body, his only response was: "ok."

Earlier today, we heard that Santa Monica authorities are thisclose to filing charges against the controversial starlet concerning her car accident in June.

The charges claim Lindsay LIED to police — which is a misdemeanor crime — when she said she was not driving the vehicle, when, in fact, multiple sources reveal she WAS.

Now it seems, not only will the charges get filed, but the LA city attorney's office is hoping Linds will serve the MAX amount of jail time for violating her jewelry theft probation by telling untruths!

Matt Barnes, L.A. Clippers star, has been suspended by the NBA for one game! Without pay!

Amanda Bynes is an innocent woman… according to her lawyer!

The former Amanda Show star has pled "not guilty" to 2 counts of driving on a suspended license.

We're not exactly sure how that works. There is documentation and witnesses (including cops) to her joy riding around Burbank while her license was suspended… how can she say she's not guilty?
