Jon Bon Jovi's daughter is going free!
Well, not completely free- after her overdose, she still has a tough rehab period to get through- but all charges for drug and paraphernalia possession against Stephanie Rose Bongiovi and her friend Ian Grant have been dropped!
So why is the rocker's daughter getting off so easily? Is the prosecutor a fan of Wanted: Dead Or Alive?
Well, of course he is! Who isn't? But the charges are actually being dropped because of a special loophole in New York's drug enforcement law. District Attorney Ian McNamara says:

Michael Douglas' son Cameron Douglas has pleaded guilty to a new drug charged after already getting sentenced to five years in prison this past April.
Cameron pleaded guilty to possession and dealing meth and cocaine, but he's now entered a new plea bargain that will give him another year in jail after he admitted to getting drugs in prison while serving his current sentence.
Illegal substances were found in his cell and sources say that he could have had them all the way back to May to just this last week.
Earlier this year when he was in court, Cameron said:
"I apologize to my family and my loved ones for putting them through this nightmare of my making. I ask for an opportunity to be a role model to my younger brothers and sisters."
What a horrible scenario this has turned out to be. We really do feel for Cameron's family and we just want to see him clean and sober. It doesn't look jail is the most healthiest place for him either, but he is ordered to take drug education classes when he IS released from jail. Hopefully, he'll be able to learn something from them.

Uh oh! He's in BIG trouble!
MC Wiz Khalifa was arrested on Monday night after leaving a performance at East Carolina University because authorities allegedly smelled marijuana coming from his tour bus.
A spokesperson for East Carolina University, John Durham, said:
"He was on his way with his band to his bus parked outside, and they stopped him because of a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the bus and the backstage area of the auditorium.
They asked if he would cooperate with officers, and he agreed, and they went on his bus, and then he and nine members of his entourage were arrested on three charges related to marijuana possession."
Police are alleged to have seized more than 60 grams (aka 2 ounces) of pot during the bust. Khalifa was booked at the Pitt County Detention Center and was released early the next morning after posting $300,000 bail.
He was charged with felony count of trafficking in marijuana, a felony count of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle/place for sale or storage of marijuana and one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Wowsa! Lots of luck with that.

Would it kill these two to lay low for a bit?!
Even though she's facing an arraignment on drug charges next month, Paris Hilton was seen shopping with her boytoy Cy Waits in Maui on Monday.
That seems right considering he no longer has a job!

Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich are currently on trial, facing drug conspiracy charges, in which they are being accused of over-prescribing and obtaining massive amounts of prescription drugs.
And now a prosecutor claims that Anna Nicole Smith was a co-conspirator.
"I think it's obvious she was part of the conspiracy because she wanted this medication," Deputy District Attorney Renee Rose said during a pretrial hearing. She adds, "There's no reason for a doctor to overprescribe if she is not asking for it."
She also refers to the emails that were found after Anna's death that showed Anna writing Stern's sister, Bonnie Stern, asking for medication to be delivered to the Bahamas.
Stern, Kapoor, and Eroshevich are of course, pleading Not Guilty. Their defense lawyers are denying all claims, arguing that Anna was an addict and that they tried to desperately save her over the years.
What do U think?
