No need to worry, guys. No need to send Family Services, no need to panic, Brooke says (to friends, apparently)!

It was pot, not crack! And it was totally legal because she has a prescription card for anxiety!

She swears she hasn't been on crack for some time, only cocaine every once in a while:

Brooke is saying she doesn't use the pipe to smoke cocaine — she claims it was only pot and it's perfectly legal, because she has a marijuana prescription for anxiety. But Mueller admits she's been on and off cocaine, telling friends, every few months she falls off the wagon and uses cocaine — not crack — but she also insists she hasn't been using for months.

Brooke says when she binges it usually lasts only around 12 hours, and then she snaps back into reality — sometimes with the help of a little rehab.

Pot, cocaine relapses… still doesn't sound like the kind of an environment that kids should be growing up around. Plus she's just telling this to friends, and who wouldn't be making up excuses if people thought Family Services should knock on your door??

We might be inclined to believe it was pot, but we're also rooting for some drug testing.

Sad.

Back in December, DMX was sentenced to serve a year in an Arizona prison after admitting to violating probation by drinking alcohol.

He had already served over 100 days in prison while waiting for his trial, and he SHOULD be free tomorrow, but he'll have to spend at least one extra week behind bars for failing a drug test.

According to prison records, X got caught smoking on two separate occasions, and he was caught with drugs once.

Not good at all. We hope he doesn't get into more trouble after he leaves prison…but the fact that he failed a drug test while IN PRISON doesn't bode particularly well.

Do U think DMX's trouble-making days are behind him? Or will we see be seeing him in prison again?

So how does one be in rehab while your kids don't have a reliable father to take care of them? According to Brooke Mueller, you appeal to the judge and he'll kinda bend for you!

At least that's how we see it, because Brooke only has to do rehab part time — which doesn't make sense to us for someone who has had multiple relapses — so she can do the outpatient stuff during the day and see her kids at night.

This is, we'll admit, probably better for the kids to be able to see their mom. But it won't be better for them if the half-hearted attempt fails down the road!

To ensure that this doesn't happen, the judge also ordered BOTH the MaSheen and Mueller to take random drug tests once a week, which is much more frequent than they had been originally getting them. That to us is a pretty good move.

We just hope the kids can get through all this without being scarred! Always keep them in mind first, guys!

Just because your momma says you haven't fallen off the wagon, doesn't mean you still don't have to prove it randomly as ordered by the court.

Sources have learned that by 6PM tonight, Brooke Mueller must submit to a drug test. As part of her custody settlement, Brooke agreed to be randomly tested to ensure that she's clean enough to be the legal guardian to her and Charlie Sheen's twin boys.

There's just one problem - Brooke has vanished! No one knows where she is or when she plans on resurfacing. Should she not show up to her test,the facility will report it as a dirty test by default and her custody arrangement could be threatened.

Where you at, B?! It's time to face the music test tube!

Who's gonna be asked to take a drug test next? The people interviewing him on news programs???

After passing his fourth drug test, Charlie wants his ex Brooke Mueller to get tested…AND NOW Brooke wants Charlie's Goddesses to take drug tests.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"Brooke doesn't want the girlfriends around her sons. One is a porn star, and the other is a marijuana magazine cover model. Brooke is seeking to control who is around the boys when Charlie has custodial time with them."

"Brooke believes that just because Charlie is clean, for now, doesn't mean that his house is drug free. She is very, very concerned about the people that are in Charlie's life."

It would be pretty difficult to argue this. Charlie and Brooke's children should be in a drug-free environment, so yes…we think Charlie's Goddesses should listen to Brooke and take drug tests.

He's still clean! Apparently, anyway.

Despite Charlie Sheen's increasingly disturbing and erratic behavior, the actor once again passed his FOURTH drug test this week, which brought in negative results for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates and methamphetamine in his system.

He does, claim, however, that his estranged wife Brooke Mueller - who had a temporary restraining order placed against him due to the violent threats he allegedly made against her - is still using, and challenged her to match his drug tests.

He says:

"I'll match her test for test — I have nothing to hide. Brooke's gonna be doing a whole lot of these."

We're not exactly surprised.

It's pretty clear that while drugs may factor into his behavior, this is very much beyond that. He's clearly very mentally ill, and we're beginning to think that this whole debacle could end very badly if he's not put somewhere to be properly evaluated, and soon.

So terribly sad. Our thoughts are with his family.

This is a good start.

Charlie Sheen has passed two drug tests since he began his in-home rehab two weeks ago.

Sources say that he's working with several addiction specialists, including some who he's known for 20 years.

The negative drug tests are extremely important, especially for the staff of Two and a Half Men, as they will determine if and when they can go back into production.

Charlie reportedly "feels great" and is "itching to get back to work as soon as possible."

Let's just take things slow, Charlie, and make sure you're completely recovered before thinking about going back to work. The last thing anyone wants is for you to fall off the wagon.
