This is very good news!

In the two weeks that she has been out of the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan has reportedly taken up to ten random drug and alcohol tests - and all results have come back clean!

Her father, Michael Lohan, reveals:

"Lindsay is doing four or five tests a week and she has passed all of them with flying colors. She's doing really great right now. She is serious about staying healthy and is avoiding all the old things she used to do."

We certainly hope so! And so far, all the signs are pointing to a brand new LiLo!

Just keep up the good work, bb! We're sure it's a struggle, but you're on the right path!

We're sorry to hear this, Lindsay…but at least you didn't get jail time???

According to Lindsay Lohan's probation report, she admits to feeling powerless against her addiction, and she is broke.

Looks like the probation report was an influence in Judge Elden Fox's decision to send Lindsay back to rehab, instead of jail.

Here's an excerpt from the probation report:

“The defendant was motivated to look at some of the problems in her life, however, there was some denial regarding her drug addiction. He feels that the longer the defendant is at the Betty Ford Center the better."

More from the report:

“After the positive drug test with the probation department, Mr. Richman indicates the defendant finally began to talk about feeling powerless and about being an addict. He states the defendant needs ongoing treatment and has a lot of growing up to do."

And more:

"She indicates that she cannot afford to continue to pay for the treatment program and she needs to work. The defendant stated her clothing line is falling apart because she is not available to monitor the product."

According to the report, Lindsay is in a group geared towards self-esteem improvement, as well as group therapy and AA meetings.

All right, Lindsay, so things aren't great, but try to stay positive. We have our suspicions that you'll figure out a way to pay for your treatment.

Other than that, at least you're getting therapy, you're not in jail, and you're getting the treatment that you desperately need.

Keep your chin up, bb! Instead of focusing on the negative, take actions to improve your situation. Think about it.

As the sun rose over the dusty plains of Rancho Mirage, Lindsay Lohan was awoken this morning by the sound of birds chirping and her Blackberry blowing up like Hiroshima. As she scrolled through her messages in her morning haze, she was thrilled to see so many well wishes from "friends" in regards to today's crucial probation hearing.

One person who didn't bother to call was Judge Elden Fox, as we hear he is preparing to read Linds the riot act when she steps foot in his courtroom. Many had speculated that her time in rehab might have soften the judge up and that he might consider giving her a lighter sentence for her crimes. (Right now, she faces as little as 30 days in jail for failing her drug test or a full year should the judge revoke her probation entirely.)

But that just ain't so. Sources suggest that the Probation Dept. is putting the pressure on Judge Fox to make an example out of LiLo and recommends he give her some form of jail time. They're looking for her to get the 30 day sentence, but Judge Fox gets the final call.

Things aren't looking good for you, girl. We hope her people are preparing her for the worst.

But it won't mean that much in the long run.

Sources are confirming that Lindsay Lohan may not see any repercussions for failing her second drug test. As it happens, the positive reading was determined to be caused by her use of Adderall and the L.A. County Probation Department is not recommending jail time. Furthermore, there seemed to be some miscommunication in the paperwork when it went from the court to the Probation office, so everyone's just decided to to give LiLo a freebie.

For the second failed drug test. The first one, the one she failed because she loaded her nostrils with white funsies, she'll have to answer for. The Probation Dept. has recommended 30 days for that offense.

Here's where things can take a real turn for Lindsanity…

On Friday, Judge Elden Fox will be given two options of what to do with the coke fiend actress. He can throw her ass in jail right on the spot on principle for the recommended 30 days. That would be fine by us, except because of overcrowding, she'd probably be back in Las Palmas sucking on a lime within a few hours.

The other option, the BETTER option, is to deny LiLo bail and set her next hearing to take place in 30 days. Why is this better? Because it would mean she would go DIRECTLY TO JAIL, (DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT GET $200) and more importantly, she would have to stay in jail until her hearing! There would be no way to get her released early!

We pick Door#2! Option B! Throw her in jail! Teach her a lesson!

And she deserves it!

After Lindsay Lohan tested positive for cocaine and amphetamines, the El Lay Probation Department is recommending that Judge Elden Fox throw the wacktress in jail.

The District Attorney does not plan on making a recommendation when Lindsay appears in court on Friday, but she could serve up to 30 days for each failed drug test.

Ugh. Some people never learn!

If Lindsay’s life were a Bruce Willis movie, we’d call this Fail Hard 2: Fail Harder.

Lindsanity failed her second post-rehab drug test, and this time she tested positive for amphetamines.

Historically, Lindsay has been hooked on adderall, but no definitive information about which amphetamine was detected in her system has been divulged as of yet.

Within the span of a week, you’ve had both cocaine AND amphetamines in your system, Lindsay. Have you completely ceased to be self-aware at this point?
