A drunk driver hit a horse drawn buggy and killed a horse then fled the scene.
Witnesses say a car made a U turn and hit the horse dead on, the horse landed on the car before the car backed up and drove away.

We are very sad to report that comedian Angelo Bowers (above, right) was killed on Monday night by a drunk driver.
His comedian friend Josh Adam Meyers (above, left) was also injured in the accident, and he's currently in critical condition.

Ryan Reynolds is opening up about his horrifying experience when he was hit by a drunk driver as a teen.
At the age of 19, Ryan was drinking with some friends (it's legal to drink at the age of 18 in Canada) and decided to "be responsible" and walk home instead of getting behind the wheel.
On his way home, he was struck by a drunk driver and had to be rushed to the hospital.
