It was a heck of a weekend for Reese Witherspoon!

Not only did her hubby Jim Toth get arrested for being under the influence while driving, but the Sweet Home Alabama actress also got thrown in the slammer for being drunk and acting all sorts of cray toward the police!!

But now that she spent some hours in the big house and is back home in El Lay, she's excited that she's with her children after all the DRAMz went down.

Alcohol never leads to anything good!

Yankees' top minor-league prospect Mason Williams was arrested early this morning for driving under the influence in Tampa, and we're really saddened that an all-star would make such a mistake.

Williams was pulled over at 2:45 a.m. after police saw his Range Rover "weaving in the lane" and going between 50 to 53 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Once the 21-year-old showed "clues of impairment" a DUI traffic stop was conducted, and Mason had to perform a series of field sobriety exercises.

After the athlete failed the tests, cops noticed "additional clues of impairment," and he was arrested.

Rehab is a good thing, we just wish people would realize they need it before someone gets hurt!

If the bassist from 3 Doors Down has done something substance-related that got him arrested, we'd say that rehab is a pretty damn good option — especially if that something means being charged with killing someone while driving under the influence. Which he did.

Nobody knows where he'll be spending his rehab time, but what we do know is that Todd Harrell is facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide by intoxication. He was involved in a fatal interstate crash near Nashville last weekend and had numerous narcotics on him.

In the wake of last night's devastating arrests, American Psycho star Reese Witherspoon has gone into hiding!

Well, not hiding, technically, but she's removing herself from the interview circuit!

Sources say she cancelled upcoming promotional appearances on both Good Morning America and Late Night With Jimmy Fallon!

While it's possible she suddenly deicided Fallon isnt' funny, it's more likely the Legally Blonde actress is PETRIFIED by the thought of defending herself on the stand in the interview chair!

As if sorority girls didn't have enough bad rap this past week. Now, we can add Miss Delta Nu herself, Reese Witherspoon, to that list as well.

The Legally Blonde star had quite the embarrassing weekend when she and her husband Jim Toth were arrested after he was pulled over for driving erratically. The two were then arrested, he for suspicion of a DUI and she was handcuffed after exhibiting disorderly conduct to a police officer.

BUT, even though this is going to be one helluva legal sitch for the two of them, let's not forget that Reese played one of the most famous lawyers of all time! Yes, we're talking about Elle Woods!

So, let's sit back and think about how Elle Woods would get Reese out of such a sticky legal situation, shall we??

Okay so maybe people aren't really thinking about hamming it up in that moment, but sometimes we DO get some glorious mugshots!

Al Michaels got nabbed for a DUI on Friday night (which was a trend that day, apparently!), and he gave us the boring one (above)! Sure, he's cracking a little half smile — from what looks like confusion as to when the pic is getting snapped — but he could have swung for the fences and stuck his tongue out at us or something!

Anyway, the broadcaster was arrested Friday night in Santa Monica when he allegedly made an illegal U-turn in front of a DUI checkpoint. Why would someone do that? Oh, probably when they know they're driving drunk!

Sources say he was above the legal limit, which is why he was arrested! Apparently he was super nice about it all, though!

You don't ALWAYS have to be a bummer in situations like this!

Though, he did put lives in danger! Maybe he should act like it a little bit!

It's been one helluva weekend for Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth!

Early Friday morning, the married couple were both arrested in Atlanta — he was under suspicion of a DUI and she exhibited disorderly conduct in the form of a tantrum and the oh-so enjoyable pull of the celebrity card.

Monday morning, attorney Steve Weiner represented them in Atlanta (neither needed to attend), but he did not enter a plea on the couple's behalf. Reese's hearing has now been rescheduled for May 22, and Jim's next one is set for May 23.

But though only their attorney need be present at Monday's hearing, practicing Atlanta DUI attorney Raymond Guidice explains what their future road of legal woes could look like, appearances or not!
