Attention everyone! Throwing a person smaller than you into the air is NOT cool!
Martin Henderson, a 37-year-old dwarf who played a goblin in the Harry Potter films, was paralyzed after a drunken hooligan picked him up and tossed him into the air (and eventually the ground).
The 4-foot 6-inch actor is now putting the blame on English rugby player Mike Tindall and his World Cup teammates who participated in dwarf tossing New Zealand last fall.

We love these guys!
Last week, we were more-than-impressed with a newly released photo of fantastic, elaborately detailed dwarves from The Hobbit!
Now, another photo has been released (above) of two more dwarves: Fili (Dean O'Gorman) and Kili (Aidan Turner).
Once again, we think they look GREAT! We're SO pumped to see them making so much progress on this film!
What do U think of all the newly released dwarf photos? Impressed?

Well, Starbucks is finally showing its hideous side.
A barista (who is a dwarf ) was hired by a Starbucks in El Paso, but when she asked for a stool or small stepladder to perform her job, the manager denied her request and then fired her that same day, claiming that she could be a danger to customers and workers.
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against the company on Monday, saying that Starbucks violated federal law by not providing reasonable accommodationg to the employee.
Said Robert Canino, a commission lawyer in Dallas:
"Starbucks has become a virtual icon of modern American culture, appealing to an incredibly diverse customer base. We'd hope that when considering hiring a person with a disability, Starbucks would choose to enhance its brand with the mark of equal opportunity and access."
Starbucks has yet to comment on the matter.
When they do finally comment, the comment better be a million apologies and nice fat check!
