Like Rachel McAdams and Dianna Agron before her, Carly Rae Jepsen has crossed over to the ginger side!

The Call Me Maybe singer showed off her new 'do on Twitter this week, telling her fans:

"I've always wanted to go red!"

We like! Carly's had the same look for what feels like forever, so this was long overdue.

Maybe next time she'll do something even more crazy, like ditching those blunt bangs and parting her hair to side. Now THAT would be drastic!

We were recently drooling over Rachel McAdams new hair color and now we know why the actress has turned herself into a ginger.

While hanging out at the premiere of The Wonder the other night, she explained why she finally decided to go red (after dying her hair blonde, brunette, and even pink!):

"This was the only color left! My mother is a redhead, so I thought maybe I could pull it off. If she could do it, maybe I could do it. I don’t know, I just thought that it would be fun."

Erm, you defo pull it off, Rachel! We just wished you let it fall naturally instead of twisting it in such a tight bun!

The color looks gorgeous against your skin, though!

While we think she looks like a pretty bluebird perched on a windowsill, Cher didn't exactly get what she bargained for. She was hoping for more of a darker black-blue instead of the California Gurl look she ended up with (above).
