Fresno police released an "extremely disturbing" video of cops fatally shooting an unarmed teenager who refused to follow repeated commands and hold his hands up.
After Dylan Noble was fatally shot on June 25, Fresno police chief Jerry Dyer planned on releasing the body cam video last Friday — but decided to postpone it after the multiple police shootings last week.
Dyer released the recording on Wednesday, hoping it would help clarify the incident and explain why police opened fire on the 19-year-old.
