Perhaps The Best Thing About I Am Cait Is That It Doesn't Shy Away From Documenting When Caitlyn Jenner Is In The Wrong
Caitlyn Jenner didn't ask to be the spokesperson for the entire transgender community.
And while many trans individuals may have been nervous for someone so privileged to be representation for a group that so commonly faces adversity, Caitlyn Jenner's show may be doing a lot to fight their concerns.
That's because after the series premiere of I Am Cait last week, which bravely tackled the issue of trans teen suicide, Sunday's second episode was equally as powerful.
One of the most noticeable qualities of this follow-up hour was undoubtedly how the docu-series was unafraid of portraying Caitlyn as naive in regard to her newly found family.
Caitlyn is taking her role as a trans icon extremely seriously, and watching her embrace other aspects of being transgender while learning about the community is the perfect way for the show to teach its audience the exact same lessons.
Ch-ch-check I Am Cait not holding back any punches (above) & (below)!!!
