Wow! We didn't see this coming!

In a surprise development regarding Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination lawsuit against ABC and Marc Cherry, the Desperate Housewives actress' attorney, Mark Baute, revealed a voice-mail he received from an anonymous "low-level" employee of the series. The employee claimed to have mistakenly received an e-mail which indicated that the studio was going to wipe all of the hard drives of their computers clean to erase evidence that her exit was premeditated, and NOT for creative reasons!

According to the voicemail:

amber-tamblyn-pulls-one-hell-of-a-joke-on-tyrese-after-he-confuses-her-for-amber-rose-in-amazing-e-mail-exchange

Oh man. Oh man. Oh man.

We have absolutely fallen head over heels in love with Amber Tamblyn, and after you read all of this HIGHlarity, YOU WILL TOO!

The actress apparently pulled one hell of a PUNK'D on Tyrese Gibson, when he saw her e-mail address CC'd on a message from a mutual friend, mistook her for Wiz Khalifa's fiance Amber Rose, and asked her to collaborate on a music project!

She writes:

Hi friends!

Tyrese Gibson (of Fast and Furious and Transformers) saw my name cc’d on an email that a mutual friend sent out and thought I was the model ex girlfriend of Kanye West, Amber Rose. (My middle name is Rose and my email adress is registered as Amber Rose). I’ve never met Tyrese before. He pulled my email addy from that cc list and emailed me wanting to work on an album together. So I recorded my demos on my iPhone and sent them to him. I guess you could call them Awareness Raps? I am the Hilary Clinton of Ghostface Killahs.

Below are all the email correspondences I had with Tyrese as well as the songs I sent him.

DISCLAIMER: Tyrese is a very sweet guy with good intentions who made a mistake and I, being an actress and engaged to a comedian, could not help myself. Tyrese, please accept my 87% hearfelt apology for stringing you along. I think we could have made beatufiul music together

We cannot even begin to express how amazing this all is.

Check out all of their exchanges, INCLUDING HER AMAZING DEMOS…AFTER THE JUMP!

35-year-old-christopher-chaney-indicted

It's official!

The FBI has released the grand jury indictment of the man responsible for hacking into the e-mail accounts of around 50 victims, including many celebrities, and it ain't pretty!

It's issued against 35-year-old Christopher Chaney of Jacksonville, FL. FBI agents arrested him this morning on charges including identity theft and wiretapping! Apparently, he was able to use public information to access his victims' e-mail accounts, which then allowed him to access their computers and cell phones - and all just for FUN!

Crazy! We imagine ScarJo must be pleased as punch right now!

This guy is SCREWED!

Walgreens Got HACKED!

walgreens-co-hacked-customer-e-mail-addresses-stolen

Oh no! This is awful!

Walgreen Co. announced today that a list of customers' e-mail addresses have been compromised due to a hacking into their databases, and are now warning customers to not respond to any e-mails from the 'company' that ask for credit card or Social Security numbers, as well as any other personal information!

According to an e-mail statement:

"We want to assure you that the only information that was obtained was your e-mail address. Your prescription information, account and any other personally identifiable information were not at risk because such data is not contained in the e-mail system, and no access was gained to Walgreens consumer data systems."

Phew!

Similar incidents have also happened recently to the McDonald's Corp. and Gawker.

Just terrible! We're just thankful that the hackers couldn't access anymore private information than they already have!

Hopefully whomever's behind this will be caught and dealt with accordingly - and soon!

Thoughts??

Mark Zuckerberg Talks Facebook E-Mail Addresses!

details-on-facebook-e-mail-addresses

All right…here we go. Another 'upgrade.'

Facebook users will soon be getting their own e-mail accounts on the social networking site, and CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently opened up about the development, and what exactly the changes will entail!

He explains that Facebook will have three new features, described as "the way the future should work."

These include 'seamless messaging,' which lets users chat with people through SMS, e-mail, or IM; conversation history, which will let a user "see everything you've discussed with friends as a single conversation;" and a social inbox for "filtering exactly the messages you want to see."

He continues:

"This is not an email killer. This is a messaging system that includes email as one part of it. You decide how you want to talk to your friends: via SMS, chat, email or Messages. They will receive your message through whatever medium or device is convenient for them, and you can both have a conversation in real time. We don't think modern messaging system will be email."

This is pretty intense. And we don't really get it.

But we imagine that once it's employed - which will be via invite-only throughout the upcoming months - it will be a little more comprehensible!

Oh, how we long for the days when Facebook was just for college students and its newest option was to 'poke' other users.

Ha!

What do U think?? Do U want a Facebook e-mail address??
