Definitely a step up from where Ed was this time last year!
Waaaay back in January, Terminator 2: Judgment Day star Edward Furlong found himself in court after being arrested for violating a domestic restraining order…and for neglecting to pay child support.
At the time Ed told the judge he was completely broke, despite landing a small role in Green Hornet, but now it looks like he's got another
paycheck gig coming his way!
That's right, folks! John Connor has just signed on to SyFy's Arachnoquake, in which he'll battle it out against giant albino spiders…which get unleashed by earthquakes! Wow!
desperate actors who have joined this sure-to-be-instant-classic include Growing Pains' Tracey Gold, The Little Rascals' Bug Hall, and Star Trek: Voyager's Ethan Phillips.
For those of U who might be skeptical about this movie, stop worrying! It's being directed by the same guy who made Swamp Shark. It's going to be great!
Are U excited for Arachnoquake? Do U think this could mark a turning point in Ed Furlong's career???

The Biebs continues to impress us with his involvement in Japan!
Earlier this month, we were VERY pleased to learn that Justin Bieber was going to continue his Japan tour, despite his crew reportedly flat-out refusing to participate out of fear of nuclear radiation and future earthquakes.
Now, Justin is leaving a positive mark on Japan in another way - by visiting Japanese children and reassuring them that things will be all right.
Here's what he said to a group of Japanese children, many of whom were affected by the March 11 tsunami:
"Things can get better and things will get better. There are only good times to come."
And here's what one child said to Justin, reading from a card that the group wrote to him:
"We have friends who lost their family and their homes, some have left our school. The town is covered with wreckage and it will take a long time to get back to normal. But we will work hard for this. Please give us courage through your music."
Truly heartwarming! We think it's wonderful that Justin took the time to meet with these children and show them support, especially since they clearly look up to him so much!
Thanks for being an inspiration, Justin! We're very impressed!
